85 and Running

Jogging at 7 am with a 85-year-old woman. She left me in the dust. I should work on that. And all those ribbons hanging on the board in the second photo, they are just from this year alone.

Working hard at 85

This is Helen Harnett. She is 85 and works at Burger King.
She was very sweet and quite speedy for her age.
She said she never had a hobby before she retired, so once she retired she had to keep working somewhere.
