Prom 2007: The Rising Cost of Tradition

In March and April I attended two local high school proms for a story of the tradition of prom and how it's becoming more and more expensive to attend each year.
The students I talked to had to pay $40-50 for just their prom tickets.
One girl had paid $600 for a dress.
Either way it was definitely prom.
Students were kicked out for being drunk and there were plenty of teenage hormones going around to account for all the bumping and grinding on the dance floor.

Three-legged feature

Eastside high schoolers took a break on their way back from a field trip to GRU for some time in a park. Three-legged races make anyone's day.
